100 Mile House is located on Hwy 97 in the interior of British Columbia approximately a 5 hour drive from Vancouver, BC.

The South Cariboo is serviced by a variety of transportation services. Highways 97 and 24 provide north-south and east-west routes for rubber tire traffic and there is a network of secondary roads.  

Regularly scheduled bus services connect to cities and communities province wide and a community bus services the 100 Mile House area.

There are 2 airports in the region, the South Cariboo/108 Mile airport being the largest with a 1522-meter runway and fully equipped to handle multi-engine aircraft.  The 100 Mile House Airport is located only 2 blocks from downtown and has a short paved strip serving light aircraft.

The closest airport with regularly scheduled flights is located in Williams Lake, a 1-1.5 hour drive north of 100 Mile House. About a 2.5 hour drive south east from 100 Mile House is the Kamloops Airport, the next closest airport with regularly scheduled flights.
